Like Socrates, Barry Obama appeals to black audiences while still trying to be as meta-racial a candidate as humanly possible, obviously, because black people can’t be president in this dumb, racist country. Here’s an example of the subtle language Barry is using to communicate with black voters while maintaining his post-racial image, from a rally, yesterday:

“I need you not only to vote, but I need you to get cousin Pookie to vote,” Obama said. “I need Ray-Ray to vote.”

Yeah, okay. Ray Ray and Pookie. They’re going to go and vote for you just as soon as they finish their chicken and collard greens.
