Conservapedia Page of the Day

Look into my eyes ... you will vote for teh Huckbeez ...Let’s say you’re the son of professional hater Phyllis Schlafly.  You do a little lawyering, you teach a few home-schooled kids “history”, but you want more.  As a wingnut of the first order, you see “liberal bias” everywhere, especially Wikipedia.  Ignoring the fact that the truth has a liberal bias, you decide you must do something.  Aha! you say.  I will invent Conservapedia!

As you may have surmised, Conservapedia is a neverending source of amusement (and posts) for us libtard bloggers.  From entries on dinosaurs (who lived at the same time as the cavemen, natch) to teh gayz (of course you weren’t born that way) the fun never stops.  But let’s just ease you into this by examining the Conservapedia entry for Barry Hussein, shall we?

Despite a lack of military, executive or foreign policy experience,[1] he is currently a liberal favorite for the Democratic nomination for President of the United States in the 2008 election. He has no clear personal achievement that cannot be explained as the likely result of affirmative action. Some examples border on the absurd: Obama has no background in physics, yet it is claimed that “Obama analyzed and integrated Einstein’s theory of relativity, the Heisenberg uncertainty principle, as well as the concept of curved space as an alternative to gravity, for a Law Review article that Tribe [for whom Obama worked as a research assistant] wrote titled, ‘The Curvature of Constitutional Space’.” [2] Obama’s “research” for Constitutional Law Professor Tribe on this article also raises issues about preferences, as Obama had not yet even completed any law school courses[3] on the Constitution.[4]

Yeah, how could anybody who didn’t take ConLaw have anything useful to say about the Constitution?

Obama continued his education at Occidental College in Los Angeles, California, before graduating with his Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University in New York, New York. After working as a community organizer in New York City and Chicago, Illinois, Obama enrolled at Harvard Law School. He was elected the first African American president of the liberal Harvard Law Review, which has a quota system for accepting African Americans,[Citation Needed] and graduated magna cum laude with his J.D. in 1992.

What was that in Andy’s profile? … hold on … ah, here it is:

Mr. Schlafly graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review.

Whoa - consorting with the enemy!  Maybe Andy’s jealous … he was only “an editor”, not “president” of the HLR.

Throughout his career, he repeatedly ducked controversial stands in an apparent attempt to make it easier to be elected to higher office. For example, as a state senator in Illinois, he voted “present” rather than “aye” or “nay” nearly an astounding 130 times.[5] During that same period, he was planning to run for the House of Representatives, which was unsuccessful, and then for U.S. Senate, which was successful after his opponent was smeared with a court-ordered disclosure of confidential divorce records.

Not exactly - opponent Jack Ryan dropped out after it was revealed that he wanted to bang his wife, Seven of Nine, in front of strangers at a sex club.  (Hell, who wouldn’t?)  Only then did Obama go on to beat wingnut extraordinaire Alan Keyes, who moved to Illinois specifically to suffer the humiliation.

As you can see, Conservapedia is the go-to source for steaming loads of wingnuttery - the blogging equivalent of shooting fish in a barrel.  So tune in again next week for another Conservapedia page of the day.

Thank you for being reasonable, I was banned from Conservapedia for "stupid vandalism" after making some corrections to the articles on evolution, homosexuality, god, and abortion

nicely done, I love editing conservapedia and annoying those bastards. They are so biased its unbelievably funny. here's an award i found that a conservapedia dork won: "Karajou is hereby awarded the prestigious coveted Banhammer barnstar for tireless vigilence against fascist liberal trolls." "This user has accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.
This user reads the Bible in a straightforward or literal manner.
This user does not believe in so called Tolerance when it compromises Truth.

This user is proud to be an American citizen.
This user fondly remembers President Ronald Reagan.

This user believes in the right for every American citizen to keep and bear arms... as outlined by the Second Amendment."

Sounds like an American to me!
