John McCain has a few problems. He’s a bloodthirsty old fart who thinks the American people want to stay in Iraq for 100 years. He’s sure to start more wars. His wife is seriously scary looking.

But now he’s got a problem that might dwarf even the above. Bill Donohue is mad at him.

Some guy called Pastor John Hagee endorsed John McCain. Pastor John Hagee is an anti-Catholic whackjob (among other things). Bill Donohue is a pro-Catholic whackjob. Of course, McCain needs the whackjob vote if he’s going to beat anointed king Barry Hussein Obama. I’d guess the anti-Catholic nutjobs outnumber the pro-Catholic whackjobs … how else to explain it?
