War Criminal Caligutard Will Remain At Large During the GOP Celebration of Hate, War & Death in Minnesota

The Boy Fuhrer Hates Your Freedom!A Minnesota Patriot’s plea that the Caligutard be arrested by Minnesota police when he attends the GOP convention in September was rejected by a county court judge today, citing a legal technicality though omitting, interestingly, any discussion of the complaint’s claims against Caligutard’s wanton, obscene career of evil.

Plea to charge Bush with war crimes fails [Star Tribune]

Hennepin County District Court Judge Gary Larson rejected the plea by local loud-mouth, publisher and former city councilor Ed Felien to have Bush arrested, citing the state constitution’s separation of powers doctrine. Judge Larson wrote that the Hennepin County prosecutor had the right to reject Felien’s request to cuff the Boy Fuhrer and “It is therefore not within the authority, nor the prudent discretion, of this court to force the filing of criminal charges that the county attorney does not deem warranted.”

Intriguingly, the judge didn’t apparently address the facts of Felien’s claims that the Caligutad is guilty of war crimes and conspiracy to drive up the price of oil, possibly, in the latter instance, because a conspiracy requires some attempt at coversion. The Caligutard and his collaborators in crime are open about their objectives.

Felien was crestfallen, but the court recognized and took his request and looked at it seriously, finally issuing an 8-page judgement. None of us should be so cynical we can’t hope for justice and like this maniac Felien look for a venue in which the war criminal and his cohorts can be brought to justice. We should be encouraged that the tide seems to be turning against the Boy Fuhrer.

Even the snakehandler core is rejecting him now with his approval ratings showing catastrophic defections. Victor Bugliosi’s book, “The Prosecution of George W Bush For Murder” is flying off the shelves, putting the idea in the air that the Caligutard should see his own Nuremberg. If only one prosecutor would find the outrage and will to author the indictment. He or she is out there, we must believe.

What say you, Cynics’ Party barristers?
