Disgraced Republican gay-bashing attack dwarf and men’s room goblin Bob Allen is still guilty of begging a cop for a chance to suck his dick for $20 last year, as a state appeals court laughed hysterically at his pathetic attempt at an appeal of his solicitation conviction.

The now-resigned Florida state representative, co-sponsor of all sorts of gay-bashing legislation when he had a job in Tallahassee, had the conviction upheld by a three-judge panel yesterday in a 2-to-1 ruling. Allen may have better luck waving his tongue at the jurists and pointing into his open mouth, if he successfully mounts a subsequent appeal.

Fuckface’s shameless attorney said the rapacious schlong-gobbling gay-bashing GOP bathroom goblin is going to apply for a rehearing of the appeal, according to the Associated Press.

Allen was famous for his death-to-the-ghey legislative antics, all the while, like the GOP stalwart he is,  apparently gobbling down all the schlong he could get in public bathrooms. Allen signed the gay-adoption ban and co-sponsored a piece of failed legislation that would have outlawed “unnatural acts” like begging cops to whip their dicks out for a hearty GOP suck-job in a public bathroom.

Allen’s career of evil ended, however, in July, 2007 when was arrested for solicitation and subsequently convicted and sentenced to six-months’ probation.
