Former Senator George McGovern, who endorsed Hillary last fall and for whom she and Bill worked back in the seventies, has (according to MSNBC) joined the calls for her to drop out for the good of the party. About an hour ago, her people held a conference call with reporters to say that they’re not going anywhere and she might loan her campaign more money (beyond the $5 million from February and the $6.4 million from the last month) to keep going through the remaining states. Guess he doesn’t like Clinton’s “in it to win it” attitude.

Even worse? He’s officially endorsing Obama and he told the news networks before he called Bill Clinton to tell him. Ugh.
